The game literally doesn't allow me to play clubs

I bought the game yesterday on epic games and when i try to create a character to play and click advance it says "Your changes could not be saved please try again at another time". This quite literally doesn't allow me to play the gamemode because I can't create a pro in the first place. I have tried changing the name, accessories etc and the same error shows up every time...

Any solutions?? Thanks
