Unable to save online pro 1 on switch

EA this problem keeps happening Everytime I try to play fc 24 on my switch I tried everything but it just doesn't work it keeps on saying unable to save online pro 1 and when I retry nothing happens and when I also click continue without saving also nothing happens and I'm really confused on this.
