Voice Chat Option Unavailable

I originally thought it would be me making the same mistake of prioritizing a party chat, but it was not the case. I then thought it was going to be the issue of having to go into the Players List in a match and unmuting everyone. This was also the dilemma I face. I found that my voice chat option does not even appear in neither the PS4 or PS5 version of the game.
