Weather Issue??

Hi,

I much prefer playing evening games but I can’t seem to get it changed. When I go to change it before a game, the option to change to night is greyed out?

Also if I set another custom option like overcast, it doesn’t seem to save. It’s driving me nuts, can anyone help?
