FC's a 3+ game so they have to have child protection features in it

FC's a 3+ game so they have to have child protection features in it
Why would a 3-year-old need "protection" from a commentator commentating? I have never heard anything so preposterous in my life.
This cannot be what it is, it's beyond ridiculous.
