Why does my Player Career OVR decrease after I Edit Pro?

I am on my third season on my Player Career and wanted to change my penalty run up animation via Edit Pro. Before doing so, my player OVR displayed was 82, and after I changed the animation and saved it, my OVR shrunk down to 68. However, looking at Player Growth, none of the nodes had been removed, i.e. all my upgrades were still there, and the stats shown in the Player Growth tree had not decreased, showing plenty of stats upwards of 68. My player feels like an 82 OVR player but this bug is irritating as I can't get an accurate calculation of my player's actual OVR. Resetting and reallocating points from the Player Growth tree has not worked, nor has changing back the animations and restarting my game. Has this happened to anyone else and are there any fixes?
