Why my player career mode weekly wage only stucks in 300k per week every season?

Every single seasons i played the weekly wage is in 300k maximum (edit wage). And i complete all the optional and mandatory objectives but nothing changes on the wages. Please help me if anyone gets over 300k weekly wage to explain to me. Thank you very much.
