Why won't EA fix the problems?

I have been a customer of EA FOR 10 years. But this new FC24 is so full of glitches.

The most irritation is that the goalkeeper can't rush or leave his box....

Why hasn't a patch been sorted?

It ruins the game. When attacking players get past the defence the goalkeepers just runs on the spot.
