Xbox couldn't take any action on your report.

Earlier this evening in Pro Clubs, one of our opponents team name related to the Twin Towers and the planes that crashed into it on 9/11/2001. Their abbreviated name was 911.

We see a lot of ingenious names regularly, some funny, some not so. This one however was way over the line. Making fun of a terrorist attack that took nearly 3000 lives?

After it was reported for Terrorist content, we received a message from Xbox.

" Xbox couldn't take any action on your report."

Why would that be then?  For what reason could they NOT take any action? Surely that behaviour warrants some time on the naughty step?
