YOUTH ACADEMY SCOUTING - NO MORE PLAYSTYLE+? Why is it all or nothing?

Currently I am typing this aged 26, having played every edition of career mode from the age of 12. I believe any of us that care enough to find this forum, type up a post with little to no hope of being heard all very much care about this game. This edition of EA FC is the best to date, with many common sense additions FINALLY added. There are just a few areas in which it falls short which is non-sensical. It makes you wonder what they are smoking up there.
Why is it that there were no playstyle+ AT ALL from the release of this game until about 2 weeks ago, and then EVERY player that your youth scout would find would have a playstyle+, and now after this update, back to zero playstyle+? They have to be trolling. Just a FEW careful, common sense tweaks, would go an incredibly long way. I know for sure these developers are more than capable/competent to implement the changes to the needed degrees.
Other minor complaints - Why is it that it's impossible to find a youth scout that's not from northern Europe? Is it because my club is based in England? After looking at the options for youth scouts about 20-30 times, I've yet to find one not from northern Europe. The furthest down I got was Croatia lol. For anyone curious as to why this is of interest - I'm not sure this is proved but I am confident that scouting youth products from a country your scout is native to increases quality of players found.
