youth players don't accept loan offers in EA FC 24 Manager Career

I have a youth academy career mode and tried to loan out 6 youth players. I got a lot of offers but they all got rejected. It is incredibly frustrating so please let me know if anyone else had this a...

    Yes I totally agree, but it just seems to be so much worse this year - maybe that is just my experience.
