“You lost your online connection.”

Hello guys! I’m in france now, and my brother in Romania. We both have xbox, played together etc, all good. I wanted to give my account to my brother to play FC24 Ultimate Team, but the thing is:
When he is connected to his account, he can play, all good, no problems. When he connects to my account, every time he is trying to connect to UT it says:

”You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more”

Do You guys have an idea what’s going on? By the way, i have done the preferences, any family control, security or privacy, reinstalled the game, deleted the cache data, reconnected to the account, all of it.
