10ms Ping so must be a tactics issue?

Hi everyone. 

I have a 94 rated squad as many others do now. 

However on 10ms ping my players just seem sluggish I know this is an age old issue. But I've been winning a lot of games but this morning my players just seem a second or two from being responsive. 

For example, all players have acceleration well over 85 - this means instant sprint right? Every player I have takes a few seconds to build momentum and then decide to sprint. causing defensive and attacking issues. 

Player switch is delayed. 

Shots and passes are delayed. 

When I intercept the ball with a controlled player, the ball just bounces off them rather than controlling it. 

Turning like trucks is an age old issue too but I don't get why this is. 

I'm thinking is it a tactics issue? 

I have a PS5 edge controller, I thought there may be some kind of issue with the back trigger settings with FC24 not registering it properly?

My players also clump together, they don't go in to space or two players make the same run and get in each others way. 

As I say I'm winning a lot but I feel I'm playing against the game or myself rather than the opponent. 

Any fixes for this?
