This week In UT Champions my record was 2-1. I won a game and instead of being 3-1, I was 3-2. A pop up showed up saying I was disconnected from a game. I won another game and my record went to 4-3. The pop up showed again. For some reason, 2 losses were added to my record.
This just happened to me as well. Was 1-0, won a game 4-2 after ET and got an EA server disconnect error. When I was able to log back in, my record was 2-1 while only showing I "played" 1 game (tracked by daily play objective only showing 1 game played)

Happening to me as well. Seems to happen to me whenever my opponent quits. I get disconnected and I get the win and the loss and an extra game gets registered as played.

Happened to me as well, didn't notice until last few games, went from 8-4 to 8-8 in 2 games. Then 9 -8, then 9-11. In 2 games also. Broken game.
