an error in determining the winner in a PS5 tournament

How the error was from my side? I was moving in the game, but my opponent was AFK( doesn’t move) and also my ping was good. So maybe he tern off the game or the PS5.

I’m sure the error happened from my opponent side not me.

don't bother bro, they always said you side will be the problems.. nothing ever changed even you argue or complain... wasting your time only, they currently busy themselves with FC 25; how to scam money from us...
