an error in determining the winner in a PS5 tournament

How the error was from my side? I was moving in the game, but my opponent was AFK( doesn’t move) and also my ping was good. So maybe he tern off the game or the PS5.

I’m sure the error happened from my opponent side not me.

The error in the video you shared @al_shahrani4010 says you lost connection.

    Yes, but after the video end I didn’t get disconnected from ea server.  

    also you can see my opponent was AFK so it’s mean he get disconnected from ea server, maybe he closed the game or closed his internet.
