Ban appeal!

I have been doing it already for whole day. So after more than 10 years of buying your games, never being a hacker I don`t deserve even to be said clearly if you ban my hardware?

Yes, ofc, and I have just got another reply without any answer about whether they ban my hardware or not. So I can make just one conclusion they deliberately don`t give clear answer so making me hope that I will be able to play fc 25 so they want me just to buy it only to find out that I`m  banned. Also Tried to download previous version of fifa and can`t do it, got same error.

I tired to appeal in ToS many times and also asked to clarify whether ban applies to FC 25 and didn`t get answer. So this is how you treat to customer who never was a hacker and who`s been buying your game for more than ten years? You even not gonna answer me clearly on strait question? You want me to buy your game just to find out I can`t play it? Is it fair on yours? How dare you? By the way I have just remembered that the need for speed the run I bought many years ago is broken! It crashes constantly on same scene on one of the early scenes of the game!  Itried to figure it out with help of ea officials but couldnt! I didn`t get any help at all, no reaction, just nothing! And then I was so stunned that I just forced myself to pretend I never bought this game! So tell me @ea sports how dare you to do this to your customers?
