This is due to a faulty reporting system where account bans/suspensions are automated. So my experience as a customer is disrupted because of a reporting system that isn't checked by real people until you submit a ticket after the suspension and still might not get overturned even though it's clear what's going on in this situation. I spent many hours doing player picks and spending money on FC points only to get banned and not being able to play on my day off. Nice job EA. Not getting my money next year.
