Buy for Origin and play with Xbox
I am wondering how deep the cross-platform integration goes. If I was to buy on Origin, can I then later int he day move over to my Xbox and play on the TV with the same account?
If so, would i need to buy a seperate Xbox version to go with my Origin or is this not at all possible anyways? Is cross-platform linking for self even available?

As menaceuk correctly stated, there is a distinction between Cross-play and Cross-progression.
EA SPORTS FC™ 24 will offer cross-play which means that you can play against or together with other platforms on the same Generation (e.g. PS5 / Xbox S|X & PC).
Further, we offer a Dual Entitlement which allows you to swap versions from Gen 4 to Gen 5. If you own a PS4 and upgrade within the running game year to a PS5, you will be able to access your Ultimate Team™ progress on both Generations.
What we currently don't offer is a cross-progression. This means, that you won't be able to access your progress from PlayStation on an Xbox or PC. If you decide to swap platforms you will need to start fresh.
