If you usually play FIFA via EA App and you now decide to purchase it via Steam, you are still considered a PC player and your progress will be the same.
Only if you change your platform, your recent progress won't be considered. (For example: If you change from PC to PlayStation or to Xbox.)

- @Markovv9 Sounds like a PC problem. Ive been running the game with zero problems.
Update your Graphics Card. Upgrade as many drivers as possible. This should fix many issues.
