Can’t access the online features to EA FC 24 for PS5

I am connected to PlayStation Network and have on a wireless connection why can’t I access the online features

@blackshadow7931 You can now check it by visiting https://status.playstation.com/. Additionally, you can find an image there displaying the date and time information.

It stated on my ps app and on the Sony every thing was working fine with servers
