Can anyone explain it to me?
Hi All + EA!
I bought the game FC 24 STAN on October 23-25, 2023, but couldn't play it, then I found out I had to buy the Ultimate version to play it, so I refunded STEAM, then bought and sold Ultimate. After that, I played very normally and loaded FC Coin with ~1000 USD. In Vietnamese, this number is not a small number. I opened the Package + Sell to buy players, join SCB to Build the squad, everything was delivered. Payment services are all through STEAM, with invoice + bank deduction.
While participating, I was AFK from time to time because I was busy with work and had to go out or go AFK. I have never used any hacking or third-party software.
I play on ROG ALLY.
Suddenly, on October 13-14, 2023, EA sent an email to ban my account:
"Dear Customer,
We are contacting you regarding your EA account.
WE WISH TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE FOUND YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE IN VIOLATION OF OUR USER AGREEMENT OR OUR TERMS OF SALE, AND DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS VIOLATION WE ARE LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. "
I tried very hard to contact CHAT EA, but still the same result? Does anyone know what I did wrong? I appealed and EA still sends emails like this

After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.

EA IS CHEATING AND CHEATING PLAYERS AND RIPPING VIETNAMESE PEOPLE LIKE ME.
