Can new gen players get old gen in ea fc 24 with dual entitlement

I need to know if ps5 owners can get old gen version for free with the new gen version of the game

All versions of FC 24 come with dual entitlement so Xbox Series X and PS5 will also have access to the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game.

Hi there - see the attached. Haven't got time to hook a capture kit up so hopefully the photos show the issue I'm having.

Essentially, the PS4 version isn't in my Library, despite me clearly having the PS5 version.

I don't have the 'choose version' button nor the PS4 icon in my library thumbnail.

Just to confirm, I own and purchased the physical PS5 edition of EA FC 24.
