Can some one explain how womens ratings calculated/earned?

I suspect that we are measuring with two different standards here for women vs men's rating or some one has to tell me better. I would like this clarified so we know the game mechanics and what to ex...

@Silencer737 Just think as men/women as re-skins. You have players stats and characteristics, then you have skins. Just to be completely clear, it could be superheroes instead of players, logically it would be the same

@Silencer737That's a wrong perspective. Don't think of FUT like a football sim, think of FUT like a cardgame where cards have stats, then you have skins on the pitch.
If you start looking at stats without checking what's on the facecard, if male of female, you start understanding the direction of the game

  I can't believe the womens ratings. RIP Ultimate team ,
  I'm gone ,two of the best three midfielders women ?, thought it was Ultimate Team , not Ultimate Farce.
  There is no excuse for this , Arsenal under 15's beat the United States women's world champions 5-0.
