Can some one explain how womens ratings calculated/earned?

I suspect that we are measuring with two different standards here for women vs men's rating or some one has to tell me better. I would like this clarified so we know the game mechanics and what to ex...

Looks like in the new pitch notes women will get special cards like the non top 5 men’s leagues. So they will likely fall behind in ratings.
