My son has just got EA FC for switch. He downloaded it and played offline. He now has an EA account and wants to sign in for full functionality but the game will only let him play offline and if we click sign in it says it is unable to connect. Any suggestions on how we solve this? Thank you.
it doesn't seem to allow an email address and password to be entered. seems to be an auto sign in based on there EA account / connect apps section (which doesn't have a Switch link).
I found a way round it all. I created a new 'profile' on the switch and then set up a new Nintendo adult only account with my DOB. That way when I went into FC24, it gave me a QR to scan so I could then link my EA account to it. Its not an ideal solution but it worked and I have 1 happy son now 🙂
What are the steps for logging in to your EA adult account when you're in FC24? I keep getting connectivity error messages when we open the game but don't see any way to log in to my EA account so that the accounts can be linked. Is it in Settings or somewhere else?
