Can't pre order FC 24

Hi I have ea play and fifa 23 and I have money on my Microsoft account. When I try to pre order the FC 24 ultimate edition it says I can't use the account balance and only gives the option of redee...

@EA_Aljo hi i cant purchase the FC 24 ultimate edition on pc on steam not and not even on epic games can u help me....

    I'm seeing it available on both Steam and Epic Games. Can you give me some more details on what your issue is?
