My son is signed in using an underage account on his xbox, and is trying to use the companion app on his phone, but the only options to log in to the fc24 companion app is email or phone. Because it...

@77b4e5fde9e0ec86 Yes, Once your child has reached the minimum age in their country or region, they’ll get a pop-up notification every time they log in to the EA app to let them know it's time to age up. Once you upgrade your child’s account to a teen account, they can add their own email address. More details check this helpful article.
