Career Mode - Pitch Condition should be more realistic

I understand the idea/sentiment behind the pitch degradation system (during the course of a season) but pitch conditions should not be the same across the board.

I posit that teams in better financial situations should have better upkeep in regards the state of their pitch. It makes little sense for the pitch to be in ruin for a team in a period of success on and off the pitch. Or for pitches to be falling apart in the latter stages of the champions league. 

Most teams in the top flight have healthy pitches come the end of the season.
