Career mode issue — unable to progress after season ends

Hello EA SPORTS team,

I am writing to report a serious issue I’m experiencing in EA SPORTS FC 24, specifically in Career Mode, which is preventing me from progressing any further.

I’m very far into my Career Mode save and currently participating in a World Cup. Unfortunately, the game scheduled a match on June 30, which is the final day of the season. The problem is as follows:

After playing this match, the options to renew my contract or change clubs disappear. There’s no way to proceed to the next season.

If I try to renew the contract before the match, the game crashes (closes by itself) right after the renewal

This has effectively locked my progress, making it impossible to complete the season or continue my career.

I have already tried some potential solutions on my own:

✅ Simulating the match instead of playing it manually.

✅ Renewing the contract before the match.

✅ Reducing graphics, disabling overlays, ensuring the game is fully updated.

✅ Backing up saves and testing different approaches.

Unfortunately, none of these attempts have resolved the issue.

I kindly ask you to look into this bug, as it significantly impacts Career Mode, especially for players who have invested many hours into their save. If there is already an official workaround, patch, or specific instruction to bypass this issue, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
