CASE #23994094 - 144 HOURS NO ACCESS - DisplayName field missing / Origin loop"

I am writing this to warn the entire community.

​EA Forums Team just marked my previous thread as 'Accepted Solution'. This is a blatant LIE.

1. ​The Reality: I am still getting the 'DisplayName field missing' error. I have been locked out of FC 24 for 15 FULL DAYS.
2. ​The Cover-up: They are marking cases as 'Solved' just to fix their statistics, while the customer is still suffering. Even though EA_Barry admitted a 'misunderstanding' 4 days ago, NO ONE has fixed my account.
3. ​The Fraud: I am officially labeling this behavior as fraudulent. You cannot hide your technical incompetence by clicking a 'Solved' button.

​I have already initiated a Chargeback with my bank and I am demanding EA SPORTS FC 26 as compensation for this 15-day harassment.

​DO NOT TRUST THE GREEN TICK. My case #23994094 is NOT solved. EA is ignoring paying customers!
