Champs Wins not counting

Started Champs this afternoon. Won the first game then ended up 1-3. (Beaten in all 3 by far better players, I can accept that.)

Won the next 2 games, game played through to the end, got through the cut scenes, collected the match coins etc and back to the main menu. 

Looked at my record - it's 1-5. 

I wasn't disconnected by anybody as the matches ended as normal - in fact the 2 wins were 2 of the least toxic matches i've played this year. 

What the hell is happening? I won't be playing the rest of the Weekend League this week as its now pointless and basically a lottery if any wins will actually count. 

I don't expect to win every game - I'm an average player that is hapoy with 9-11 wins. But what I do expect, is games I've actually won, to count. Its disgraceful the amount of bugs, glitches and other rubbish that's gone on this year and it always seems to fall on deaf ears.

As always, I don't expect a reply from an EA representative as the feedback thread that EA started, was clearly ignored and a pointless exercise.
