Changing the ID in the EA profile and its display in the game

Hi everyone! The following question: I bought a game in stime (I play with a PC), after authorizing in the EA profile, linked the account with stime. Go to the game and I have an identifier displayed: a random set of letters and numbers (like dfrk95ef23cd). I found out how to change the identifier in EA. Went to the account settings, changed to a normal nickname (like VOODAYOKO). After going into the game, during the download of data and connecting to the servers EA displays normal, changed identifier, but when I go into the match and choose sides, displays like dfrk95ef23cd (although I changed it) and a friend who took my friend request, said that displays dfrk95ef23cd. Tried reinstalling the game (changed the id after installation), didn't help. Who may know what the problem is?
