Chip shot playstyle+ glitch on youth academy players in manager career mode FC24

When youth academy players get to 80 ovr, they automatically get the chip shot playstyle plus, no matter their positions, attributes etc. If this was implemented to youth academy players getting random playstyle + actually according to their positions (like cb - slide tackle+, jockey+ etc, not chip shot+!)  it would be an amazing feature. Although momentally, it ruins the Fc24 manager career experience for a lot of us. Please have a look into this, as we all want to use playstyle plusses in our career modes on our youth academy players, also it would be much more realistic, too.
