Circle or B Button sometimes not working in UT

So I bought the game a month ago and there still no fix on this annoying bug. Sometimes when opening SBCs , browsing Transfer Market and Claiming Objectives 

the game tends to freeze(Browsing with mouse or keyboard still works but doesn't respond to the back button) there and make it look like the controller is not working which is impossible bcz I've been using it a week. This is forcing me to restart the game with alt+f4with a 6/10 chance of it happening again while trying to do the listed above. You can still use the mouse to press back but still does not respond same with esc button.I've trying reconnecting the controller nothing , tried going to window mode nothing , tried ctrl+shift+windows key + B to reset the graphics drivers again nothing , please if there is a solution to this let me know. If not EA please fix this you cannot possibly imagine how annoying it is restarting the game every time this happens.
