Dear ElliotLH,

I am writing to address an error on my part in relation to the recent order of FIFA 23 Points. I acknowledge the responsibility for this oversight.

Given the circumstances, I am curious if there is a possible solution to convert the FIFA 23 Points to EA FC 24 Points. I am open to any guidance or steps you might suggest to rectify this situation.

I understand the importance of accurate transactions and appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. Your assistance in resolving this and providing any necessary steps for conversion would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @nhatphong1712 If you bought the points from EA directly then you can contact EA Help for assistance at help.ea.com. They should be able to investigate the options available to you and would be best placed to provide assistance.

    Unfortunately account and purchase issues cannot be resolved here on the forums as there isn't a security protocol to confirm account ownership.
