Connection issues

Question

I get kicked off the game every I try to play division rivals or futchamps. But it works for squad battle, friendly and fut draft. It says connections problem but I know it’s not that because my wifi is good and allows me to play other game modes. Do you know what could be the reason because it’s been a week now. Am I banned or something because I dont know what I have done

@choclate_Thun12 I have the same issue from time to time. One of the EA ‘customer advisors’ tried to blame this instability on my home internet &amp; provided me with a few suggestions including connecting an Ethernet cable directly from the back of my TV into my PS5. I did this but it happened yet again &amp; I even completely shut down &amp; reset both the game &amp; my broadband - nothing worked. I highlighted this again &amp; they said the same thing - all they do is pass the buck &amp; say it’s your issue with your internet not theirs &amp; they’re horrendously bad servers. Ask yourself this - do you have any other games that suffer as many freezes/glithces/disconnects/etc as this one or is it simpler that FC24 is a game that should have gone through another round of testing before being released? If all my other games had the same issues &amp; caused me the same amount of frustration &amp; anger as this did, I’d stop gaming completely 😂
