@DemonioDosEdus I'm not exactly sure why but this might be because of Steam, even if you are playing from the EA app. Open Task Manager and close Steam completely with it. Then, plug the controller out and back in and then test it out.
For me, the light thing on the controller would usually be white if Steam was affecting the controller, however if the controller was working properly it would be green.
