Crash at start

After selecting the language, the video starts and after 3 seconds the game crashes, it doesn't even give an error + If you lucky - you can choose favorite team but - the game crashes + After try...

    Workaround

    Works for me.

    Before launching the game go to EA App - Go Offline - Start the Game and chose "Play offline".

    Try to login to Ultimate Team and you will see that it requires connection.
    Return back to EA App - Go Online - try to connect to Ultimate Team again.

I cant play offline.Im pressing the launch button and it wont start,but If I starting it online mode it works fine but crashing me in 2 seconds of the starting video

    Ok, so I tried again to go offline and it helped me when i was in offline like 5-10 minutes and the tried to connect to UT. I hope it will help u also
