Crash at start

After selecting the language, the video starts and after 3 seconds the game crashes, it doesn't even give an error

+

If you lucky - you can choose favorite team but - the game crashes

+

After trying to goto FUT no way - the game crashes

    Workaround

    Works for me.

    Before launching the game go to EA App - Go Offline - Start the Game and chose "Play offline".

    Try to login to Ultimate Team and you will see that it requires connection.
    Return back to EA App - Go Online - try to connect to Ultimate Team again.

    I have found a solution for players from Ukraine. Unfortunately, it seems like our region has been banned, causing a crash on video startup.
     
    Solution:
    1) Before launching the game, enable a VPN (such as any European country like Germany, Poland, etc.).
    2) Launch the game and wait until the main menu loads successfully.
    3) Turn off the VPN.
    4) Play.
     
    However, I have a question for EA: why is the Ukraine region forbidden? We are able to buy the game but unable to play...

    not only your region, im trying to open the game from azerbaijan same problem here, gonna try it out.

    Hi it has been like 2 weeks since this game crashed on startup and i tried various ways to solve but non worked, i asked ea help but they just closed my case. will ea ever fix this
