Create Club, Players and Play With Them

Hello.

I and my friends are used to play with our custom made team in other game which we still play 2021 version. Now we would like to get to EA FC 24 BUT:

We play with a fully created team, our high school team. The name of the club is our high school's name and players are all us and our friends. Kits are the colors of our high school uniform.

Each player is done parallel as their original skills and looks.

Now, here are the questions:

1- Can we create a team like this in EA FC 24? And how?

2- Can we play it co-op? I mean, can we play with it against AI, from different PCs online. (no need to play against real people)

(Note: I created a club from Manager Career but couldn't find it in Kick-Off or another mode. I can use it only in Career mode.)
