Cross play
I have a Xbox series s and I wanna play with someone with a ps5 but when trying it says not compatible but we both have cross play on what can I do to fix this?

Community ManagerCan you both check if you have the correct version of the game installed on your console? Sometimes players install the Gen4 version of the game, which could lead to similar issues.
