Cross play
I have a Xbox series s and I wanna play with someone with a ps5 but when trying it says not compatible but we both have cross play on what can I do to fix this?

Community ManagerTry to disable and enable cross-play a couple of times and see if that will help re-sync your account again. Remove your friends from the friend list and invite them again through the game. Test all cross-play supporting game modes.
