Crossplay

Hello)I have a question about cross-platform compatibility. I bought an EA subscription for ps4, and a friend bought it on PC in the ea app. The FC game has a cross-platform game enabled for both. But there's no way we can invite each other. Is there a crossplay between ps4 and PC? If so, what needs to be done?
