DC when opening team management in squad battles

Got 0 points for two games, disconnected right when I opened team management. With the completely gutted 12 games it’s annihilated my rating. Not my internet’s problem 100% never happened in another game a single time I’m hardwired.. any way I can redo them? Also can’t open a ticket on website to save my life and this survey page takes up 90% of my screen and I can’t exit out, it even pops up if I leave and open in a new tab…. This is frustrating they already gutted SB for some reason and that was my only game mode so I’ll probably just quit and stop giving them money for nothing lol
