Disappointed/No Support

Hello. I play fifa since 2004. I have to say that this year i faced the most issues at a very short time.

First of all. Moments at UT mode are bugged. Spending hours trying to do bicycle kicks and do not register. Again at Moments the attack does not start from the correct position and spending hours for nothing. (Found the solution on Youtube for 2nd issue in Moments)

Secondly. I decided to give a chance at squad battles because i could not enjoy the gameplay of rivals and squad battles. I aim for Elite 1 as i get more rewards so i have a higher chance to pack an 84 rating player. When i entered a match i pressed R2/RT to speed run and the friend menu popped up all the time , with me unable to run and as a result to lose the game. No support and no compensation for this issue.

Thirdly we have Rivals. (I go elite 2 weeks before season ends)I am X2 ready to go second division after i dropped at 3rd after the season ended. And the game bugs at the loading screen. No player faces appear and i get a disconnection because the game is glitched and bug. Again no support no compensation.

Fourthly . I am trying to do navares objective and the cross challenge is not registering. Again wasting time for nothing.

Fifth and last. Everything mentioned above i have them recorded and opened a case as missing rewards and send them the videos because there is no other option to contact via Email EA.( everything they say is in the help topics, but no).

I receive an automated email , and after 5 days for the two cases of squad battles and rivals with proof of video they send me the same email. Like i am talking to a bot.

I am very disappointed from EA all those years, but this year is something else, its a disaster.

All this without the horrible gameplay with glitches bugs and not consistent gameplay.
