Disconnecting from EA Servers (PS5)

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same or similar issues as myself? 

The issue I am having is that following on from games ending or during games (usually squad battles) I am getting disconnected from the EA Servers and therefore getting the loss for the games and not completing objectives, rewards etc. even if the game has finished I still get a loss. I suffer no loss to the Playstation online servers or my internet it is just disconnecting from the EA Servers then when I try to load Ultimate Team back up my game crashes and I have to restart. 

I have contacted EA Help and they have been saying for a week now this is a "known issue" and is being looked into and to keep an eye on social medias etc. for updates but I haven't seen any communication on this (happy to be proven wrong if I have missed it). Just wanted to know if this was a wider issue and other people are having the problem and if anyone might know any workarounds as it is ruining the game for me currently.
