@omgGopStop Yep, it doesn't appear, takes you around circles. Also when you email support, you get a random email back as if they don't see the initial request which is frustrating.

Horrible company that dodges people because THEY KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS ARE BROKEN! LMAOOOOO!
