Do preseason rewards carry over to another platform?

Hi there, I'm currently doing the preseason rewards on Fifa 23 ready to help my start on EAFC 24. I have been doing these objectives on Xbox Series S and are just wondering if I move over to another console, such as PC, will the rewards still move over to that account if it is the same EA account? Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂
