I genuinely cannot thank you enough for this. Fixed my double input issue after a week straight of trying every solution I could find. How did you possibly figure that out?! Appreciate you so much.
I detected corruption in Windows files simultaneously with the occurring error. Despite no issues with my graphics card, processor, and RAM, Windows couldn't detect these components. Using CPU-Z, I confirmed that there was actually no problem and realized it was a WMI issue. I found the commands to fix the files.
